Your printers and photocopier will be a central role in the day to day operation of your school and therefore downtime is a massive inconvenience to your staff and students.
By embracing new technologies Futurform ICT are able to proactively monitor and manage your equipment more efficiently. With live feeds being e-mailed and securely uploaded to our service management software we know when your machine is jammed, runs out of paper, needs a new toner or simply requires a routine service.
Should a fault occur and a engineer be required to attend site, we aim to be on-site within 4 working hours, however, for your peace of mind we also guarantee that should we not be on-site within 4 hours of your call being placed with our service centre you will receive a credit to the value of £75 +vat.
